Nearby Attractions
If you are staying in Bantry Bay for an extended period it is advisable to get a car rental. We are also able to arrange a chauffeur and car if you wish.
- A short drive, or a fifteen minute walk, away from Clifton and Camps Bay beaches
- Close to Cape Town Cable Car – weather dependent, so book online and visit their website to see if the service is running as it shuts down in heavy wind. If you’ve ever been to Cape Town, you’ll know that heavy wind is more or less a tourist attraction in its own right.
- 10 minutes’ drive from the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, South Africa’s most popular tourist destination.
Access:
- About 60 minutes by car from Cape Town International Airport (but if you arrive at rush hour be prepared to double this, while learning a healthy respect for Cape Town city traffic)
- A shuttle service is available
