Currently we are not taking bookings for Bushwise Safari Lodge. We would recommend either of the two below lodges as great replacements:
Madikwe Safari Lodge – Madikwe Safari Lodge is an intimate lodge that still manages to cater to guests that are looking for a rustic yet luxurious experience. Surroundings are organic and inviting.
Makanyane Safari Lodge – Makanyane has received many awards for its friendly service, knowledgeable game guides and beautiful accommodation and surroundings.

Bushwise lies on the banks of the sleepy Crocodile River and overlooking the southern section of the Kruger National Park. The luxury lodge accommodation combined with real Kruger safaris provides for a unique ambiance that is unparalleled in this region.
Facilities:
Bushwise offers modern rooms to visitors each with air-conditioning and ceiling fans, en-suite bathrooms and a fully stocked bar. Each day enjoy swimming in our pool overlooking the Kruger National Park on the upper deck/terrace. A full English breakfast is served every morning after your safari, and in the evening relax with dinner under the African sky in an enclosed boma.
Wildlife/Safari:
Personal safaris leave every morning and evening, taking you in an open vehicle into the Kruger National Park in hunt of the Big Five. Night drives are also available where the nocturnal animals of the park provide the entertainment and you can enjoy the sounds of the African bush. This section of the park is well known for amazing game viewing with recurrent sightings of both Lion and Leopard.
The Kruger National Park lands itself time and time again in the running for the most spectacular and untouched natural eco-systems left in Southern Africa. The Big Five – buffalo, leopard, lion, elephant and rhino – are surely favorites, but always remember the other Big Five – hyena, wild dog, giraffe, hippo and cheetah – to be found in the Bushwise part of the park.
Bushwise Safaris is committed to the preservation and protection of this special ecosystem with the hope that many future generations can enjoy it too.
